Quality Programs Director at Mondelez

Oversee North America Quality Programs at Mondelez International, ensuring compliance with certification standards across locations. Champion sustainability through the Rainforest Alliance initiative.

As the Quality Programs Director, you will report to the Director of Quality Programs, Compliance, and Excellence. This role demands a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on management of compliance across multiple certification frameworks within manufacturing and warehouse regions. Your contributions will elevate quality performance and bolster consumer confidence in Mondelez products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Organic Trader Renewal and inspections across regions

• Update Organic System Plan and perform internal compliance audits

• Engage with teams for certification maintenance and approvals

• Address non-conforming findings swiftly

• Ensure compliance training and audit readiness is met

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience related to Quality or Food Safety

• B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, or similar

• Comprehensive knowledge of certification programs

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
