Join e-Storage as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Cardinal, Ontario, where you will promote quality standards in renewable energy projects. Your efforts are essential in ensuring the success of sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you will be integral to implementing site-specific quality plans as a key member of the Quality team. You'll conduct audits, manage Non-Conformance Reports, and engage with global teams to improve quality assurance processes and foster collaboration across diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and review the Inspection and Test Plan for projects
• Conduct audits and manage Non-Conformance Reports efficiently
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues as per SSQP
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quality solutions
• Foster a culture dedicated to quality and learning
Requirements:
• Educational background in Quality or Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renewable or automotive sectors
• Proficient in RCA and performance issue prevention
• Familiarity with inverter or battery technology
• Ability to build robust cross-cultural relationships
