This senior role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster quality in hardware design and production. You will drive critical failure analysis and implement vital quality control measures to enhance manufacturing outcomes and product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary quality authority for hardware and analysis
• Initiate and oversee detailed failure analysis investigations
• Facilitate the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Design quality plans, PFMEAs, and detailed inspection reports
• Define quality control metrics and required documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on quality work experience
• Proficient in QMS and basic quality control principles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving
