Key Responsibilities:

• Execute independent QA reviews on control testing

• Identify gaps and escalate control effectiveness issues

• Develop standardized QA procedures and scoring models

• Support automation initiatives within QA processes

• Provide comprehensive reporting for senior leadership

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of QA and control testing experience

• Proficiency with eGRC platforms and methodologies

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like OSFI

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to deliver clear insights for leadership
