Metrie is seeking a Safety Specialist to advance safety culture across its North American sites. This fixed-term role emphasizes policy updates, incident investigations, and training. You will engage with teams to ensure effective execution of safety programs and promote ergonomic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update, maintain, and organize safety documentation

• Conduct incident investigations using Velocity EHS

• Deliver safety training and manage training records

• Track monthly safety metrics and produce KPI dashboards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of EHS or safety experience in manufacturing
