Senior QA Engineer
What you’ll be doing
Join our Consumer & Digital Banking Technology team in the US Region, where we are committed to delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks using tools such as Cucumber, Parasoft, and Robot, enabling efficient and effective testing across our mobile and web platforms.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will execute comprehensive test strategies, identify issues early in the development process, and produce detailed test reports. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in our testing practices and support seamless product releases.
- QA Automation Framework Development – Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks using Cucumber, Parasoft, and Robot for mobile and web applications.
- Test Strategy Execution – Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure high‑quality product releases.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Defect Identification & Reporting – Detect, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams.
- Continuous Improvement – Drive process improvements within the QA function by adopting new tools and best practices.
- Reporting & Documentation – Produce detailed test reports and documentation to communicate results and recommendations.
- You have extensive QA experience, with 5+ years of hands‑on work in QA engineering, a strong track record in automation and manual testing.
- You are technically proficient, with deep expertise in Java, iOS, Android, and QA automation tools including Cucumber, Parasoft, and Robot.
- You’re a problem solver who proactively identifies issues and uses analytical skills to drive resolutions and improve product quality.
- You’re a collaborative team member who thrives in cross‑functional teams, sharing knowledge and supporting collective goals.
- You’re adaptable and detail‑oriented, excelling at managing multiple priorities and maintaining a keen eye for detail in fast‑paced environments.
