Position: QA Lead for Banking Integration Testing
Lead quality assurance initiatives at a major banking enterprise as a QA Lead for Integration and Systems Testing. Shape the testing strategy and ensure excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

This leadership role involves defining end-to-end QA strategies and guiding multiple QA activities for integration programs in the banking sector. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to identify quality risks early, design test scenarios, and implement thorough testing processes across various work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the overall QA strategy across functional, integration, and regression testing

• Design test scenarios for APIs, ETL processes, and Kafka event streams

• Lead QA activities during SIT, UAT, and production readiness

• Develop traceability between business requirements and defects

• Validate data integrity and mapping across integration points

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Quality Assurance

• 2+ years leading QA teams or strategy

• Expertise in system integrations and REST APIs

• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools

• Experience with AWS Lambda and data validation
