The position requires extensive proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques, along with the ability to guide junior QA engineers effectively. You will collaborate closely with development and Dev Ops teams to integrate testing into CI/CD workflows while enhancing QA methods for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams for aligned test plans

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing

• Identify and track bugs, facilitating resolution

• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality

• Drive QA improvements with new tools and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years in software QA; 2 in a lead role

• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG
