Skills:

• EIS: QA Inspection and Testing Skill

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Establish master test plans, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria in line with enterprise SDLC.
• Lead QA teams, manage test resources, environments, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test cases and defects.
• Oversee defect triage, quality reporting, and release readiness sign-off.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders across Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Support QA automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous quality improvement.

• 8+ years of QA experience, including leadership of large enterprise testing programs.
• Strong knowledge of QA governance, test management, and regulated environments (Insurance/BFSI).
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Exposure to test automation, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and offshore/onshore coordination skills.
