Quality Control Manager in Asphalt Industry

In this role, you will directly report to the General Manager, focusing on quality assurance for asphalt materials. You will leverage over five years of experience to manage operations, address customer concerns, and prepare thoroughly for audits. Your leadership will be key in developing quality management systems and implementing effective corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop value-added asphalt products

• Monitor paving work compliance with specifications

• Report deviations and enhance product quality

• Conduct root cause investigations and troubleshoot issues

• Lead and coach the Quality Control team

Requirements:

• Minimum five years quality control experience

• Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• CCIL certification required; ACI preferred

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Ability to lift 50lbs and adapt to variable conditions
