Brunel is looking for a skilled QA Consultant with hands-on payroll testing expertise to join a Quality Engineering team. This role focuses on end-to-end manual testing activities within the public sector's payroll modernization initiative. Successful candidates will thrive in large-scale transformation programs while performing various testing activities and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end manual QA for Dayforce payroll workflows

• Perform payroll validation and reconciliation testing

• Develop test scenarios, cases, and validation scripts

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing

• Validate data migration across integrated systems

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of QA experience in enterprise environments

• Recent Dayforce testing experience essential

• Strong manual QA and end-to-end testing skills

• Experience with payroll testing and validation

• Must be eligible for PSPC Reliability Clearance
