As a senior technology leader at Interac, you will report directly to the Head of Delivery Excellence and own enterprise-wide quality standards. Your expertise in Test Automation and Quality Engineering, combined with extensive Agile experience, will enable you to establish effective certification and production processes. You will lead the evolution of quality practices, ensuring that teams can operate swiftly while managing risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish enterprise-wide quality engineering standards

• Lead change risk and release readiness assessments

• Develop multi-year quality engineering strategy

• Standardize tools and methodologies for efficiency

• Foster collaboration across teams for improved quality

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or leadership

• Experience in Agile and Dev Ops environments

• Proven track record with enterprise standards

• Strong communication and influence skills
