Manufacturing Quality Assurance Expert

Join DECIEM as a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate in Etobicoke, focused on maintaining superior quality in our production processes. This on-site position requires keen attention to detail and strong software proficiency.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. A solid understanding of GMP and GDP is necessary, alongside at least two years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for issuing records, preparing assembly instructions, and performing necessary checks to guarantee product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and verify Master Batch and Compounding Batch Records

• Prepare Packaging Assembly Instructions for Fill & Pack using D365

• Manage Quality Orders efficiently in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Conduct daily checks for weighing scales and kettle cleanliness

• Monitor in-process checks during batching

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a Quality Assurance role

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP ERP

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Capacity to work independently

• Understanding of quality standards and specifications
