The position demands proficiency in lab analysis, including evaluating dielectric thickness and reporting chemical tests. You will also conduct solderability and thermal stress tests, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret customer print requirements accurately

• Evaluate dielectric thickness and copper plating specifications

• Perform lab analysis and chemical testing as required

• Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment effectively

• Conduct ionic contamination tests and maintain production logs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Knowledge of laboratory procedures

• Familiarity with PCB standards like IPC preferred

• Ability to work independently and maintain records

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
