With over 7 years in Quality Assurance, including substantial leadership experience, you will implement innovative QA strategies across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across platforms

• Design automation frameworks for CI/CD environments

• Coach QA engineers on best practices and quality ownership

• Collaborate with product and development teams for integration

• Optimize quality metrics to maintain high standards

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in QA, with 2+ years in leadership

• Experience with testing tools like Postman and JMeter

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and defect tools

• Proficient communication and ability to influence teams

• Alignment with Backcountry’s outdoor ethos is a plus
