This key role requires managing multiple projects aligned with quality and regulatory standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in a related field and 5 to 7 years of experience in the food industry, especially in Product Development. Strong skills in sensory evaluation and project management are crucial to ensure the highest product quality and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage private label product development from concept to launch
• Oversee activities using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Create detailed product specifications for sourcing initiatives
• Conduct sensory evaluations and provide analytical feedback
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve formulation issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in food industry or private label
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with SAP and PLM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of food regulations and quality systems
