Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of hemostatic sponge products throughout manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing protocols.
- Monitor compliance with Health Canada regulations, GMP standards, and company quality requirements.
- Investigate product deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
