Kepler Communications is looking for a dedicated mid-career professional to enhance their Safety & Mission Assurance activities. You will engage closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to guarantee that products meet both customer and mission safety standards. This role involves significant ownership in process development, continuous improvement, and assurance responsibilities throughout the lifecycle of our innovative satellite programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product assurance throughout satellite design and delivery

• Review compliance of design and test documentation

• Manage and resolve non-conformance issues

• Develop and improve product assurance processes

• Foster collaboration across engineering and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline

• 4+ years in quality or product assurance roles

• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards
