This position requires you to supervise GMP testing processes and ensure the highest quality of cell therapy products in our Sacramento manufacturing facility. You will work cross-functionally and lead investigations into out-of-specification results. Effective management of QC personnel and resources is essential to meet project timelines and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead GMP testing operations and ensure product quality
• Oversee raw material and stability testing
• Manage staffing, resources, and QC workflow
• Conduct training and mentorship for QC team
• Engage with regulatory bodies for compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of management experience in QC
• Familiarity with global regulatory standards
• Experience in environmental monitoring and cGMP
• Knowledgeable in biologic safety testing
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
