Elevate quality control standards as a Quality Assurance Operations Manager at Neurocrine Biosciences. Oversee GMP processes, batch record reviews, and deviation investigations in a collaborative environment.
As a key role within Neurocrine Biosciences, you will provide quality oversight and technical support for GMP manufacturing activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations. This position demands expertise in supporting quality processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations, and engaging collaboratively across functions for quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve quality records for GMP products
• Support batch disposition activities and documentation review
• Assess quality risks and escalate compliance concerns
• Serve on cross-functional teams for quality guidance
• Collaborate with internal and external quality partners
Requirements:
• BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with effective communication abilities
• Familiarity with FDA and EU regulations
