This role requires a regulated health professional with at least three years of experience in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related fields. You will conduct quality checks, collaborate with assessors, and review medical documentation to maintain high service standards. Your expertise will directly impact the accuracy of assessments and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate medical assessment reports for consistency
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on medical documentation
• Identify and correct discrepancies in reports
• Collaborate with assessors to enhance quality standards
• Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of QA statuses
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in health or insurance QA
• Familiarity with AMA Guides and auto insurance legislation
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
