Who we are looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer who takes end-to-end ownership of quality—from early requirement validation through testing, defect resolution, and final delivery. This role goes beyond executing test cases; you will play a key role in enhancing overall product quality, expanding test coverage, lead testing efforts for cross-team initiatives,
and driving automation initiatives to improve long-term efficiency.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Product to understand and define end-to-end client workflows, ensuring comprehensive validation for complex Wealth workflows that span multiple systems and integration, and with a focus on strengthening automation coverage.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and committed to continuous learning. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying defects and risks, and clearly communicating findings with confidence. You take initiative, think beyond obvious paths, and bring a strong sense of ownership—not only in validating functionality, but also in maintaining and optimizing automated test environments to ensure stability and reliability. You are equally effective at demonstrating completed functionality and articulating quality outcomes to stakeholders.
