As part of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team, you will conduct audits and inspections, ensuring all industry best practices are integrated into daily project activities. Collaborating with project leaders, you will drive safety initiatives, track corrective actions from incidents, and compile key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
Your role will shape safe work environments across various complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety assurance reviews for project activities
• Ensure timely reporting and investigation of incidents
• Collect data for evaluating safety program effectiveness
• Report findings to enhance continuous improvement
• Develop best-practice guides tailored for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• Minimum five years onsite safety management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of safety regulations
• Proven ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• Experience with transit or infrastructure projects
