Join RBC as a Senior Quality Engineer focusing on complex applications within the GFT Team. Your expertise in testing and quality control will directly impact the success of critical business solutions.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll support both front-end and back-end systems, applying your knowledge of Cloud and Big Data technology. You will lead efforts in quality control and participate in the testing of multi-platform applications throughout development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of test plans based on user stories
• Develop automated test suites for quality assurance
• Execute tests and document any defects found
• Oversee end-to-end issue tracking as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders during Scrum meetings
Requirements:
• Familiarity with JIRA, qTest, and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Strong SQL script writing skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Dev Ops methodologies
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technology
