Quality Control Coordinator at Aecon

As a Quality Control Coordinator at Aecon, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and ensure construction activities comply with QA/QC standards. With responsibilities spanning quality inspections, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders, you will play an essential role in maintaining technical requirements. Your insights into quality issues will drive effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections and testing following established plans

• Document inspection statuses and results accurately

• Interpret technical drawings relevant to civil works

• Initiate and track non-conformance reports for resolution

• Collaborate with management on internal and external quality activities

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in heavy civil or infrastructure construction

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and inspection processes

• Knowledge of CSA standards and regulations

• ACI/CCIL certification preferred
