Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Quality Manager to join a leading healthcare organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional with experience in regulated healthcare, laboratory, IVF, or clinical environments.

In this role, you will oversee the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), accreditation programs, quality assurance initiatives, infection prevention and control activities, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with leadership and operational teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance patient safety, and maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, including:
    • Accreditation Canada
    • Health Canada
    • CPSO
    • AABB
  • Coordinate external audits, inspections, and assessments
  • Develop and monitor Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) programs
  • Conduct facility quality and safety audits
  • Monitor incident reporting and support corrective actions
  • Manage quality documentation, policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Prepare quarterly safety, utilization, and performance reports
  • Support health and safety training initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of quality, compliance, and patient safety
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree (M.Sc.) in a related scientific, healthcare, or laboratory discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IVF clinic, laboratory, or healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with healthcare audits and inspections
  • Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous leadership or committee experience is considered an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
