Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team supporting financial applications on the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality and eager to grow in a fast-paced, regulated financial environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Familiarity with IBM iSeries (AS/400) tools and environments (e.g., SEU, PDM, DB2/400).
• Understanding of QA methodologies and financial data validation.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and financial reporting systems.
• Exposure to financial systems such as core banking, payment processing, or investment platforms.
• Experience with RPG, ILE RPG or CL programming.

• Conduct software testing and QA activities to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and design test plans.
• Assist in the automation of test processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
