Senior Director of Food Safety Excellence

You will lead the development and implementation of quality strategies aligned with corporate goals. This position is pivotal in navigating food safety regulations while managing high-performing teams across multiple sites. Emphasizing continuous improvement, you will establish robust KPIs and foster a culture of accountability in food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive food safety and quality strategies

• Lead safety teams across 10 HF sites

• Manage relationships with regulators and stakeholders

• Drive improvements in food safety culture

• Oversee quality control laboratory operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s preferred

• 15+ years in Food Safety or Quality roles

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, and GMPs

• Proven leadership in multifunctional teams

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
