Position: Compliance Specialist Role at GlassHouse Systems

In this role, you will serve as a key player in monitoring compliance metrics and conducting audits. With a background in risk management and compliance, you’ll tackle non-compliance issues while ensuring alignment with industry standards. Your abilities in analytical thinking will be utilized to generate significant reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track adherence to regulations and internal policies

• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions

• Monitor compliance metrics and report findings regularly

• Develop process documentation, including standard operating procedures

• Collaborate with teams to address compliance concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Risk Management or Compliance

• Proven experience of 2+ years in a related environment

• Expertise in process improvement methodologies

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO
27001 standards
