In this role, reporting to the National Quality Lead, you will ensure contractual quality standards and performance metrics are consistently achieved. Your responsibilities include overseeing the SCAR process, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and providing training and guidance to Service Provider personnel, focusing on quality risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
• Track KPIs and develop corrective action plans
• Oversee Supplier Corrective Action Requests diligently
• Conduct audits and quality reviews nationwide
• Manage training compliance for all personnel
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with certification
• 3-5 years of relevant quality management experience
• Strong understanding of contract management
• Proficiency in technical drawings and documents
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
