Quality Assurance Expert

Position: Quality Assurance Expert Needed
Join Hitachi Rail Canada as an Intermediate Quality Assurance Specialist and lead the way in quality management. This full-time role is centered on ensuring project compliance and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding the Quality Assurance processes on various projects. Your responsibilities will focus on compliance assessments, developing Quality Assurance plans, and analyzing performance metrics. You will play a key role in supporting project teams to adhere to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements

• Write and execute Quality Assurance plans for projects

• Coach teams on quality processes and best practices

• Analyze Quality findings and report trends

• Participate in review meetings for project milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in technology environments

• Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving

• Familiar with industry standards like ISO 9001

• Effective communication and reporting abilities
