As an EHS Specialist, you'll draw upon your expertise and 5-10 years of experience to manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations. You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, and develop training programs tailored for workplace safety. A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required for the role, alongside excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations
• Carry out risk assessments and audits regularly
• Identify safety improvements and implement plans
• Conduct incident investigations and analyze root causes
• Document and report on EHS practices and compliance
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field
• OFA Level 2 certification is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective project management and multitasking skills
