Position: QA Automation Lead for Life Insurance
Elevate QA standards as a QA Automation Lead specialized in backend API testing for a premier Life Insurance client. Utilize tools like Playwright and JMeter within Agile methodologies to ensure quality software delivery.

This role focuses on leading the QA strategy, planning, and execution while validating REST APIs and backend services. Ideal candidates will possess over 5 years of QA Automation experience and a strong background in API testing. Collaboration with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners will be key to driving high-quality outcomes in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, planning, execution, and reporting

• Design and execute automated API test cases with Playwright

• Perform load testing and performance analysis using JMeter

• Validate REST APIs and backend services thoroughly

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of QA Automation experience

• Proficient in Playwright and JMeter

• Strong background in backend/API testing

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
