Transform your expertise into impactful quality assurance at TD in Toronto. This Quality Engineer I position centers on Mainframe testing and developing automated solutions.
In this role, you will focus on designing and enhancing automation frameworks while actively participating in test strategies. With 3-5 years of experience, your role includes hands-on Mainframe testing using COBOL, DB2, and IMS, along with collaboration on testing initiatives for high-quality deliverables. You’ll leverage Dev Ops tools and practices for seamless integration in CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design automated test cases for Mainframe and API testing
• Collaborate with teams on defining acceptance criteria
• Lead initiatives in test strategy and execution
• Evaluate new technologies through Proof of Concepts
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering
• Advanced knowledge of testing frameworks and automation
• Hands-on scripting experience using industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
