Food Quality Assurance Coordinator at JQI

Located in the corporate office, this role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and is pivotal for maintaining the highest industry standards. You will conduct audits, manage compliance documentation, and work closely with suppliers to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and audit quality assurance procedures

• Audit suppliers' manufacturing facilities

• Maintain current supplier compliance documents

• Review and approve product specifications

• Investigate customer complaints and develop CAPAs

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or similar

• 5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing

• Certified PCQI or Quality System Auditor

• HACCP or GFSI implementation knowledge

• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
