Quality Manager for Foam Products

The Quality Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple manufacturing sites. This role emphasizes leadership in compliance, continuous improvement, and fostering strong consumer engagement while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain the QMS with ISO 9001 adherence

• Oversee quality assurance processes in manufacturing activities

• Facilitate audits and maintain quality documentation

• Collaborate with customers on quality-related issues

• Investigate non-conformance and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering

• Minimum of 3-5 years of quality management experience

• Deep knowledge of foam and adhesive products

• Strong understanding of quality improvement tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
