Quality Closeout Manager Rail Project

As the Quality Closeout Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality records closeout and turnover activities for one of Toronto’s significant rail projects. This senior role requires expertise in quality management systems, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach with various teams. You'll maintain quality closeout plans, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality records documentation and turnover processes

• Develop quality closeout plans and monitoring dashboards

• Coordinate verification and submission of quality records

• Identify and track documentation deficiencies

• Lead and mentor quality coordinators and specialists

Requirements:

• Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent

• 10+ years in infrastructure construction

• 5+ years in Quality or Handover Management

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 principles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
