Program Quality Consultant at Michener

Lead quality improvement initiatives at Michener Institute as a Program Quality Consultant. Oversee academic program accreditation, development, and project management to ensure excellence in education delivery.

In this vital role, you will report to the Manager of the Centre for Program Review and Accreditation. Your responsibilities will include leading accreditation processes, guiding program development, and managing workflows for cyclical academic activities. Collaborating with academic chairs and external stakeholders, you will ensure comprehensive communication and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of quality improvement projects

• Advise on internal and external program requirements

• Manage project timelines and track progress

• Identify project alignments to enhance efficiency

• Develop and evaluate processes to advance program goals

Requirements:

• 5-9 years in post-secondary education quality assurance

• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred

• Experience with PEQAB and Accreditation Canada

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
