Analyst, Quality Assurance General Merchandise

In your role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance General Merchandise. You will be accountable for quality assurance processes, participating in product development, and ensuring that all merchandise meets RBI’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to enhance both new and existing product lines, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality management for Tim Hortons merchandise categories

• Develop and maintain quality control documents

• Provide quality expertise to Product Development teams

• Assess regulatory changes for compliance

• Lead quality issue resolution with suppliers

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience with supplier quality management

• Strong analytical and project management abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
