• good years’ experience in QA testing automation, with at least good yearswithin Banking or Capital Calculations
• good years strong hands-on experience with Basel III regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk metrics, and regulatorycalculations
• good years extensive experience in data-centric QA automation and validation
• good years advanced SQL experience (joins, subqueries, aggregations,performance tuning)

• Experience as a QA Lead having led atleast 1 automation project
• Strong experience validating large regulatory and financial datasets
• Ability to automate QA testing using Python
• Experience using Git Hub Copilot to accelerate test development and automation
• Defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
  Soft Skills

• Typical Day in Rol ePerform end-to-end QA and data validation for Banking and Capital Calculations regulatory reporting systems
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for Basel III and OSFIregulatory reports inclu ding BCAR, NCR, Pillar III and LRR
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complexfinancial and regulatory datasets
• Perform data-level QA using complex SQL queries to validate source-to-targetmappings and calculations
• Collaborate with business analysts, regulatory SMEs, data engineers, and developers to understand regulatory logic and testing requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Participate in regulatory audits, reviews, and validation exercises Automateregression and data validation tests using Python-based frameworks (where applicable)
• Leverage automation tools and Git Hub Copilot to improve QA productivity and coverage
• Ensure alignment with data governance, controls, and regulatory change management processes
