This 12+ months contract with an industry-leading IT firm is ideal for those specializing in banking and KYC domains. You'll execute test case scenarios, manage defects through JIRA, and define strategies ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your strong communication and mentoring skills will help guide junior team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automation testing on complex banking applications

• Analyze and validate business requirements and functional specifications

• Log and manage defects using JIRA tools

• Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases

• Mentor and oversee QA best practices among team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years of QA Lead experience in Banking & KYC domains

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Expertise in using JIRA and JTMF for testing

• Knowledge in API testing and automation frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
