GIP Field Testing Coordinator

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role requires a keen eye for detail and solid experience in field quality assurance. You will coordinate testing activities, manage technicians, and review technical documentation. Close interactions with clients and team members will elevate project execution across diverse construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field and laboratory testing processes

• Prepare and communicate daily testing schedules

• Validate Daily Field Reports before client submissions

• Monitor compliance with safety and testing protocols

• Act as mediator for any field testing disputes

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree

• 3+ years in CMT and field quality control

• Knowledge of testing protocols like SHAPE, TIP

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability

• Clean driver’s license and relevant certifications
