As part of CIBC’s Enterprise Technology team, you will take the lead in IT Quality Engineering. This role demands advanced testing expertise and the ability to mentor others while managing projects effectively. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, ensuring all activities meet quality standards, and aligning them with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and strategies

• Manage defects and compliance rigorously during testing

• Oversee automated testing using advanced frameworks

• Coach team members in functional and non-functional testing

• Facilitate smooth communication among project teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in QA/QE, including 3-5 years in coordination roles

• In-depth knowledge of Test Coordination and SDLC principles

• Expertise in automation with tools like Oracle and PL/SQL

• Strong skills in data handling and banking applications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
