Position: Manager of D365 QA at Four Seasons
Join Four Seasons as a Manager of D365 Quality Assurance, leading QA initiatives in a hybrid work model in Toronto. Shape global testing practices and ensure quality compliance.

In this pivotal role, you will own the testing strategy for D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring best practices in automation and compliance. Your expertise will help govern testing procedures, manage QA frameworks, and support continuous delivery goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll facilitate UAT and manage risk while enhancing testing capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize testing methodologies and processes across D365 modules

• Manage QA backlog efficiently within Azure Dev Ops

• Ensure reliability in test environment setups

• Drive performance testing collaboration with platform teams

• Promote automation to reduce manual test efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of testing experience, 3+ years in leadership

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environments

• Strong experience with QA tools and Azure Dev Ops

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
