Position: Salesforce QA Role with Tata Consultancy Services
Take your Salesforce QA expertise to Tata Consultancy Services and ensure excellence in application performance. Your hands-on role will involve testing, automation, and active team collaboration.
At TCS, the Salesforce QA role includes developing and executing detailed test plans for various Salesforce applications. You will engage in all types of testing—including regression and end-to-end—ensuring that configurations are validated and defects are efficiently tracked. By participating in Agile ceremonies, you'll contribute to an agile team's success while mentoring junior QA professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute testing strategies and plans for Salesforce

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing

• Verify Salesforce configurations including Workflows and Validation Rules

• Build automation frameworks for UI and API testing

• Log and manage defects using tracking tools like JIRA
Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and automation techniques

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA processes

• Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect tracking systems

• Mentorship skills for junior QA team members

• Understanding of Salesforce integrations for comprehensive testing
