Position: Senior QE Strategy Lead at RBC
Elevate quality engineering strategies as the Senior QE Strategy Lead us on Capital Markets and Insurance by implementing innovative testing frameworks while leveraging AI.

This full-time position in Toronto will involve leading the Finance IT Sub Ledger QE team to develop and enhance testing strategies across multiple business functions. Your expertise will drive process improvements, establish testing efficiencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize testing methodologies and frameworks

• Implement strategic shifts in testing practices

• Train teams on QA best practices and Agile processes

• Work on continuous improvement for testing efficiency

• Guide project managers on testing status and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields plus 10 years in QE/QA

• At least 3 years of direct people management experience

• Knowledge of automation strategies and AI in applications

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methods

• Strong understanding of backend testing in Oracle databases
