In this senior role, you will leverage over ten years in Quality Assurance, defining the country's Quality Engineering strategy for Property & Casualty Insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute QA strategies for insurance platform quality
• Oversee automation and continuous testing initiatives
• Promote AI-integrated testing methodologies
• Manage testing and validation across multiple work streams
• Define strategies for test data and environments
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering leadership
• Deep insurance domain expertise
• Experience with Guidewire platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills
