This senior role entails working within the global Silicon Solutions Group to guarantee top-notch quality for leading semiconductor IP designs. With over 7 years of experience required, you will improve processes through the integration of agentic AI systems. Your contributions will involve communicating vital quality metrics to senior management and promoting effective quality assurance standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance activities within SSG
• Collaborate to enhance design and QA processes
• Analyze defects and propose improvements
• Generate and interpret key quality metrics
• Maintain standards for ISO quality certifications
Requirements:
• MSEE degree mandatory
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IC design
• Strong communication and analysis skills
• Proficient in defect management frameworks
• Experience in quality program participation
