Under the direction of the Associate Director of Enterprise Application, this role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability and performance. You will leverage your experience to oversee the complete QA process, promoting collaboration between teams and guiding the implementation of innovative testing solutions. Your leadership is vital in building reusable test suites and driving quality across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement enterprise QA frameworks and methodologies
• Establish governance for testing consistency
• Collaborate on translating requirements into test strategies
• Monitor issue logs for timely resolutions
• Lead QA initiatives specific to ERP migrations
Requirements:
• 10+ years of QA experience with architect-level expertise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in applicable field
• Proven skills in using Selenium, Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with ERP migration testing
• Proficient in relevant programming languages
