Health, Safety and Environment Specialist IPEX

As an HSE Specialist reporting to the HSE Business Partner, you will drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies. Your expertise will help develop site-specific procedures and enhance proactive engagement in HSE initiatives. You will also conduct safety observations and manage risk assessment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adaptation and implementation of HSE programs

• Conduct compliance audits and safety observations

• Facilitate investigations into safety incidents

• Create and distribute site-specific HSE materials

• Support the cross-functional teams in HSE controls implementation

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE

• 3 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent technical aptitude with computer skills
